As Lead Data Platform Architect, you will design, build, and maintain data platforms and pipelines for reliable solutions. You will coordinate sprints, estimate tasks, review code, and mentor data engineers. Collaboration with clients and technical stakeholders will help translate data needs into tailored architectures and analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Build scalable platforms, workflows, and data pipelines
Perform data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading
Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and data quality
Coordinate delivery, prioritization, sprint planning, and technical reviews
Recommend solutions supporting analytics and AI integration
Requirements:

Six-plus years of professional data architecture experience
Two-plus years managing, leading, or mentoring engineers
Hands-on Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake expertise
Strong SQL, Python, Scala, or related programming skills
Analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving abilities
