Residential Framing Supervisor Aspect Homes

Build houses independently from drawings, materials, and equipment while supervising framing work for Aspect Homes Ltd. in Calgary.
As a Framer Foreman, you will oversee one to two people and coordinate site progress across residential, commercial, and renovation projects. The position involves measuring, cutting, and assembling lumber, installing structural components, and working safely with power tools. Five years of related experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Independently build houses from drawings and materials
Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and building materials
Install sheathing, trusses, joists, and structural components
Train or arrange and oversee apprenticeship training
Recommend measures that improve productivity
Requirements:

Five years of related experience
High school or equivalent education
Ability to supervise one to two people
Comfort working outdoors in noisy, dusty conditions
Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and handle heavy loads
Use independent house-building ability, practical supervision, and power-tool safety knowledge in Aspect Homes Ltd. framing projects.
