Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency Centre seeks an ER RVT for progressive, cooperative teaching alongside a board-certified emergency and critical care specialist. The position offers exposure to Dentistry, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Radiology, Dermatology, Surgery, and Anesthesia. Candidates provide exceptional client experiences while supporting high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide emergency care for specialty patients
Support high-quality emergency medicine practice
Participate in patient care across specialty services
Deliver exceptional client experiences
Contribute to a cooperative teaching environment
Requirements:
Registered veterinary technologist status
Registered with or eligible for AAAHT registration
Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Flexibility for rotating days, swings, and overnights
