Investment Systems Operations Advisor
PSP Investments | Investissements PSP
Support investment platforms and resolve complex operational issues as an Advisor at PSP Investments, with hybrid work based in Montréal or Ottawa.
This position serves Business Operations Servicing and Enablement, bridging business operations, data, and technology. You will support SimCorp One and related platforms through production activities, implementations, testing, readiness, and user support. Collaboration spans investment teams, technology, data groups, service providers, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational support for SimCorp One and investment platforms
Support requirements, testing, readiness, and user support activities
Coordinate incidents, escalations, migrations, and operational transitions
Collaborate across Public Markets, Private Markets, Performance, and Accounting
Improve support practices through monitoring and operational process changes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum five years in investment operations, systems, or financial services
Strong investment operations and system dependency knowledge
Implementation experience with SimCorp One, Bloomberg AIM, SWIFT, or similar
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; SQL-based analysis is an asset
Bring investment systems, production support, and issue-resolution expertise to strengthen PSP Investments’ operational platform capabilities.
