Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary contact for healthcare providers navigating PSP requirements
Coordinate reimbursement activity with PSPs and insurers
Collect patient information and clinical data
Monitor patient journeys and resolve barriers or delays
Plan physician office travel and attend medical education events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related discipline
Minimum five years healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related experience
PSP and case management experience preferred
Knowledge of private and public reimbursement systems
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Bring reimbursement navigation, healthcare communication, and patient support coordination skills to Cencora’s Vancouver Island team.
