Clean Energy Accounting Analyst

As an Accounting Analyst, you will assist with professional accounting tasks and analysis for the Skyline Clean Energy Fund. Your work supports accounting functions across a privately managed investment fund focused on renewable and clean energy production. Key areas include variance analysis, financial reporting, tax remittances, and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis
Process approved invoices through payment and filing
Prepare HST remittances and federal tax installments
Complete bank reconciliations and support audits
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Strong accounting, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Knowledge of auditing practices and principles
Experience with accounting software such as Simply, Accpac, or Yardi
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Support clean energy investments through accurate accounting, financial analysis, reconciliations, tax work, and reporting in Guelph.
