This full-time, permanent director role leads managers and complex, high-performance insurance sales teams. You will develop business strategy, advance revenue growth, strengthen retention, and maintain exceptional customer service. The position requires strategic leadership, performance management, market insight, and regulatory knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, coach, and develop high-performance insurance teams
Execute business strategies supporting growth and profitability
Drive managers toward revenue and customer service targets
Analyze sales, retention, reports, and performance indicators
Improve processes, technology use, expenses, and compliance
Requirements:
Proven complex insurance sales team leadership experience
Expertise in employee performance and succession planning
Understanding of market trends, growth, and retention strategies
Level 3 Insurance License required
Knowledge of audit and insurance council requirements
