Aircraft Component Repair Administrator
Jazz Aviation LP
Manage aircraft component repairs for Jazz Aviation LP in Halifax, using Trax, vendor coordination, and repair-order follow-up daily.
This full-time, permanent administrator supports Jazz’s repairable aircraft components and tooling. The work includes reviewing repair estimates, managing Trax records, coordinating spares, and expediting requirements. Organization, multitasking, adaptability, and English fluency are essential for communicating with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve vendor repair estimates and invoices
Update Trax notes, costs, instructions, and repair details
Coordinate spares availability with maintenance planning groups
Monitor and expedite AOG, MEL, critical, and routine requirements
Track open Repair Orders and maintain inventory levels
Requirements:
High School diploma
Ability to organize and multitask effectively
Ability to work in high-stress environments
Adaptability in rapidly changing environments
Fluent English communication skills
Support Jazz aircraft readiness through Trax administration, vendor coordination, component repairs, and timely repair-order expediting.
