Enbridge is seeking an Employee Services Rep to deliver exceptional customer service to employees in a high-volume HR operations setting. You will handle pay, benefits, pension, time-off, and onboarding inquiries, using Workday and Neocase, while maintaining strong data privacy and audit practices.
You will partner with Payroll, Benefits, Pension, Leaves, and HR Advisory teams to resolve issues, document interactions, and support data requests.
