Coordinate food manufacturing operations at Wonderbrands, using leadership and organization to keep production schedules safe and on time.
As Production Supervisor, you will oversee a plant shift while reporting to the Production Manager. Your work includes coordinating departments, verifying procedures, and maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards. You will lead, mentor, and train team members as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on leadership within the production plant
Coordinate schedules, products, and labor across departments
Verify methods and procedures meet required standards
Lead, mentor, and train team members as needed
Apply good manufacturing practices and safety procedures
Requirements:
Related university or college education
Ability to interact easily and motivate teams
Strong organizational, communication, and relational skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Good manufacturing practices knowledge considered an asset
Use organized shift coordination, team leadership, and manufacturing knowledge to support Wonderbrands production performance.
