This experienced Used Car Sales Manager role sits within The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands. You will guide sales performance, oversee pre-owned inventory, and support an efficient dealership process. Success requires automotive sales management experience, a valid OMVIC license, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales team toward targets
Oversee acquisition, appraisal, pricing, merchandising, and reconditioning
Monitor inventory, market trends, and pricing strategies
Coordinate sales, Finance, and Service departments
Ensure accurate deals and documentation under dealership policies
Requirements:
Automotive Sales Management experience required
Valid OMVIC license required
Leadership, team building, and supervisory skills
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
