As a Senior Management Consultant, you will support clients across South Africa through diagnostic analysis and implementation guidance. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and map business processes across functions and industries
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities

Measure improvements against defined key performance indicators
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related field
Minimum five years’ process improvement experience
Expertise in process analysis, re-engineering, and optimization
Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, and data analysis techniques
Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
