Environmental Health Safety Manager
Johnson & Johnson
Lead environmental health and safety programs for Johnson & Johnson in Markham, Ontario, applying technical leadership and risk management expertise. Support offices, warehouses, remote work, field sales, and fleet operations.
As Manager, EH&S, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across Ontario and designated Commercial Operations locations. You will establish practical systems, ensure Canadian regulatory and Johnson & Johnson standards compliance, and strengthen EHS performance and culture. The work covers governance, operational programs, incident management, assurance, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead EHS priorities across assigned Canadian operations
Maintain management systems, dashboards, compliance calendars, and action plans
Control risks across offices, warehouses, remote work, and field activities
Manage SAFE FLEET vendors and fleet program performance
Lead investigations, audits, and corrective action follow-up
Requirements:
Experience leading environmental, health, and safety programs
Knowledge of Canadian EHS requirements and standards
Ability to advise leaders on complex EHS matters
Capability to analyze trends and prepare performance reports
Ability to develop and deliver EHS training
Bring strategic EHS leadership, regulatory knowledge, risk control, and incident management expertise to Johnson & Johnson operations in Ontario.
