As Enterprise Lead, Work Design and Workforce Experiences, you will explore how AI and automation can change work. You will connect change, learning, technology, process, financial, and operational perspectives. Your recommendations will support workforce capacity, employee experience, and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess work and workforce capacity across the organization
Identify opportunities to simplify, redesign, automate, or augment work
Integrate change, communications, learning, and technology perspectives
Create recommendations and implementation approaches for leaders
Ensure business and workforce outcomes are sustained
Requirements:

Five to seven years of progressive enterprise initiative experience
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives or transformation programs
Curiosity about AI-enabled transformation and workforce trends
Strong business acumen and systems thinking
Degree in a related discipline; certifications are assets
Use curiosity, systems thinking, and execution skills to help BCLC design work, teams, and operating models for lasting success.
