This experienced Project Manager coordinates concurrent initiatives for public and private sector clients throughout Canada and the United States. You will connect executive, operational, clinical, technology, and vendor stakeholders. The work spans virtual care, telehealth, contact centre, and digital health environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition
Develop charters, schedules, resource plans, risks, and status reports
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and change requests
Facilitate governance meetings and executive stakeholder updates
Coordinate healthcare implementation, readiness, training, and communications
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Recent experience leading complex client-facing projects
Healthcare, virtual care, telehealth, or digital health experience
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
