Senior Organizational Change Manager Ottawa
OXARO Inc.
Lead organizational restructuring and digital transformation change management from Ottawa remotely, with occasional on-site visits supporting complex public-sector initiatives.
OXARO seeks a Senior Organizational Change Manager with 10+ years of experience. You will guide restructuring, CRM and portal implementation, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption. Work includes executive briefings, workshops, user journeys, and go-live stabilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end change planning for organizational restructuring initiatives
Manage change for new CRM and portal transformation
Develop communications, briefings, engagement plans, and user materials
Facilitate workshops, consultations, and information sessions
Plan training, readiness, go-live, and adoption tracking
Requirements:
10+ years of organizational change management experience
Recognized Prosci/ADKAR, ACMP, APMG, or equivalent certification
Government IM/IT and organizational restructuring project experience
Experience with Agile or Hybrid Agile transformation projects
Reliability Status clearance and relevant university degree
