Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

The Senior Sourcing Specialist leads end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities under Supply Chain policies and procedures. You will assess suppliers, shape contracting models, and provide commercial guidance to stakeholders. Your work connects supplier performance, contract compliance, risk mitigation, and project objectives across major capital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sourcing activities and competitive supplier evaluation processes
Conduct market assessments and provide supplier selection recommendations
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and risk allocation
Provide stakeholder guidance on sourcing strategies and contract structures
Identify process improvements, cost optimization, and procurement enhancements
Requirements:
Relevant degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
Eight or more years in sourcing, procurement, contracts, or supply chain
Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and commercial management
Strong claims, change management, contract law, and negotiation experience
SCMP or equivalent professional designation preferred
Bring strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiation, and risk management expertise to RigUp’s capital project supply chain.
