This senior leadership role sets the integrated planning function across Retail, Ecommerce, and Wholesale. You will connect demand, assortment, inventory, and capital through forecasting, Open-to-Buy, allocation, and replenishment. Reporting to the CFO, you will translate complex analysis into decision-ready recommendations for executives.
Key Responsibilities:

Connect inventory strategy with long-range planning
Manage budget, margin, cash flow, and risk
Rebuild legacy tools into scalable automated systems
Translate complex data into executive recommendations
Partner with Product, Finance, and Supply Chain
Requirements:

10–15 years of progressive planning experience
High-growth, multi-channel retail experience preferred
Experience coaching and developing planners
Planning systems implementation or enhancement experience
Business, Merchandising, Accounting, or Finance degree
Use demand planning, inventory strategy, systems transformation, and executive communication to support Hillberg & Berk’s multi-channel growth.
