Design Cisco data center architectures while applying Nexus, ACI, and automation expertise to solve customer technology challenges. Partner with customers and engineering teams.
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will translate complex requirements into technical architectures and deliver Cisco services. You will lead projects from start to finish, build compatibility simulations, and provide consulting recommendations. The work connects technical execution with business strategy and supports lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Create data center design plans for customer solutions
Lead delivery projects from technical start through completion
Write automation scripts and build system simulations
Provide technical resolution and consulting recommendations
Share knowledge and mentor team members
Requirements:
In-depth Cisco Nexus, ACI, MDS, routing, switching, and SAN knowledge
Hybrid cloud, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, and Docker experience
Understanding of security, firewalls, high availability, and disaster recovery
Strong communication and customer relationship-building abilities
Fluency in Canadian French and English
Apply data center architecture, Cisco technologies, and customer consulting skills to deliver measurable technical solutions.
