Plant Reliability Maintenance Manager
IKO North America
Drive reliability and maintenance performance at IKO Industries Ltd.’s Brantford XPS facility, using CMMS, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance.
As Maintenance Manager, you will support plant startup and establish systems for high-quality extruded polystyrene production. The position leads maintenance performance and safety processes while coordinating production shutdowns, contractors, and corporate reliability support. It requires continuous process manufacturing supervision experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the site preventive maintenance program with corporate reliability
Facilitate five-why and fishbone root cause analyses
Coordinate downtime, shutdowns, and winter preparedness activities
Manage spare parts inventory, storage areas, and maintenance budget
Prepare repair, replacement, upgrade, and process recommendations
Requirements:
Five or more years supervising continuous process manufacturing
Strong maintenance knowledge, reliability concepts, and methodologies
Experience implementing preventive maintenance programs
Working knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple responsibilities
Use reliability leadership, CMMS knowledge, and maintenance planning expertise to support IKO’s new Brantford production facility.
