EGSE Electrical Test Engineer
MDA
Design electrical ground support equipment at MDA Space in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, using electronic design and PCB skills. Support satellite unit testing.
As an EGSE and Test Engineer, you will develop test equipment and support testing of satellite electronic units. You will work within an engineering team specializing in electrical ground support equipment. The position combines hands-on electronic design, documentation, manufacturing support, and laboratory work.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams developing satellite test equipment
Support testing of satellite electronic units
Design electrical test equipment and cable harnesses
Produce diagrams, assembly drawings, and bills of materials
Support procurement, manufacturing, and equipment validation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
Five or more years of experience
Hands-on electronic design experience
Printed circuit board design skills
Autonomous, collaborative, and interpersonal working abilities
