Senior Construction Project Coordinator
Clark Builders
Coordinate complex construction work with Clark Builders in Alberta, emphasizing lean practices and Building Information Modeling. Shape delivery through planning, communication, and quality control.
This Project Manager position begins at Clark Builders’ Edmonton office before shifting to a project site near Fort Saskatchewan. You will manage information, decisions, and relationships supporting construction within budget, schedule, and contract quality. The work includes preconstruction, Last Planner System facilitation, reporting, and closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Last Planner System preparation, facilitation, and trade coaching
Review execution, quality control, drawings, and subcontract information
Maintain prime contract knowledge and resolve interpretation conflicts
Prepare monthly forecasts, progress reports, and operations review documents
Support Building Living Injury Free Every Day practices
Requirements:
Four years related experience with degree, certificate, or equivalent
Construction industry experience is preferred
Understand continuous improvement methods and basic lean concepts
Prioritize responsibilities independently while collaborating with others
Adapt quickly to changing processes and technology
Use lean coordination, BIM awareness, and construction reporting skills to support Clark Builders’ Alberta project delivery.
