As a Senior Recruiter, you will support Infosecurity, Compliance, Risk, and Data Governance teams. You will learn Mercury’s products, business model, and regulatory environment while partnering with leaders. Your work will connect specialized talent with foundational business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Own full-cycle recruiting across compliance, risk, security, and data roles
Define profiles and design thoughtful interview processes
Build targeted pipelines for specialized talent pools
Advise leaders using talent mapping and market insights
Improve hiring outcomes through recruiting data
Requirements:

Four-plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Five-plus years in talent, people, or HR-equivalent functions
Experience recruiting compliance and risk teams within fintech
Technical or quantitative recruiting experience
Strong sourcing, networking, and senior-partnering skills
