As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead AI agent implementation across multiple services and components. You will establish API, data modeling, and integration standards while building scalable, reliable solutions. The Enterprise Automation team applies agentic automation and emerging AI technologies across lululemon.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex systems and multi-service feature implementation
Establish coding, testing, deployment, and integration standards
Conduct code quality and design reviews across teams
Provide architects technical input on system design
Lead critical production incident response and mentor engineers
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
Six to ten years developing complex software systems
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows in AWS
Expertise with AWS Bedrock, serverless services, and Python
Lead enterprise AI engineering at lululemon through scalable agents, AWS Bedrock solutions, technical standards, and cross-team architecture.
