This Senior Bid and Proposal Specialist role supports renewable energy, energy storage, and grid modernization projects across North America. You will develop cost-effective solutions, manage tender reviews, and support technical discussions. Collaboration spans sales, engineering, supply chain, product management, and finance teams to deliver high-quality submissions.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze customer requirements and develop cost-effective solutions
Prepare competitive estimates and quotations for project opportunities
Coordinate proposal development across technical and commercial teams
Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and project risks
Support customer and internal technical discussions during evaluations
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
At least three years’ experience in bid or proposal development
Knowledge of electrical power systems or related energy technologies
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong analytical skills
