Desjardins Sales Operations Manager

Lead sales or operations activities at Desjardins by developing talent, managing performance, and making quality decisions. This hybrid opportunity supports specialized services.
As a Manager, you will administer your group’s service offer and develop its business plan. You will oversee activities supporting strategic orientations while ensuring member and client satisfaction. The work includes reporting, operational planning, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a large subset of sales or operations activities
Develop, implement, and track the unit’s action plan
Manage individual and team performance successfully
Improve processes under your responsibility continuously
Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum nine years of relevant experience
Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Ability to develop talent and drive results
