OSI Maritime Systems
Shape technical direction for OSI Maritime Systems software feature teams, applying C, C++, Python, and engineering discipline to complex delivery.
This Software Development Manager leads technical execution across mission-critical navigation and tactical solutions. You will direct developers, testers, and Technical Team Leads while partnering with Software Project Managers and cross-functional teams. The position covers software design, testing, release, risk mitigation, and predictable delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct developers, testers, and Technical Team Leads
Partner with Software Project Managers on scope and priorities
Deliver complex software on predictable timelines
Maintain architectural standards and quality expectations
Drive testing, automation, and development practice improvements
Requirements:
Seven or more years of development experience including technical leadership
Strong programming skills in C, C++, and/or Python
Windows-based application development experience
Knowledge of software design, testing, and CI/CD
Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
Use technical direction, programming expertise, and engineering discipline to strengthen OSI Maritime Systems software delivery.
