Morson Edge is recruiting an experienced Senior Project Engineer for a leading naval defence organization. You will own engineering activities across the full project lifecycle while guiding multidisciplinary teams. The work requires sonar technologies, technical problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering activities throughout the full project lifecycle
Oversee multidisciplinary teams, work packages, schedules, and milestones
Resolve technical challenges while managing risks, resources, budgets, and schedules
Develop integration, verification, and validation strategies
Manage technical documentation, engineering plans, and deliverables
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline
Six-plus years engineering experience, including three-plus leadership years
Experience delivering complex technical systems with multidisciplinary teams
Strong systems engineering and sonar technologies knowledge
Eligibility for NATO Secret clearance and Controlled Goods requirements
