YouTube and Affiliate Content Manager

Lead YouTube production and affiliate partnerships at RBC in Toronto, using video storytelling, SEO, and performance analysis to drive content results.
As Manager, YouTube & Affiliates, you will execute two connected content programs across RBC’s Personal & Commercial Banking platform. You will develop consumer-friendly video narratives, manage publisher relationships, and optimize content for search-driven conversions. This full-time role requires hands-on ownership from ideation through publishing, partner support, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage editorial calendars from concepts through final platform publishing
Write and refine scripts explaining complex topics clearly
Shoot, record, and edit long-form videos and Shorts
Optimize descriptions, tags, chapters, copy, and thumbnails
Onboard publishers and track content performance and conversions
Requirements:
Five-plus years creating and publishing YouTube content end-to-end
Portfolio or channel available for review
Working knowledge of YouTube SEO and thumbnail strategy
Strong independent video production and post-production skills
Affiliate program management and performance analysis experience
Bring YouTube production, affiliate management, and conversion-focused optimization skills to RBC’s Toronto content programs.
