Mining Reclamation Foreman Syncrude

Lead heavy equipment crews at Syncrude’s Mildred Lake project in Fort McMurray through mining reclamation work and safety-focused supervision.
Kichton Construction LP seeks experienced Foremen and Forewomen for a 14 days on, 7 days off rotation. You will supervise crews in a production environment while applying mining or oilsands experience. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and a safety-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead heavy equipment crews during reclamation work
Supervise daily activities within the mining project
Maintain strong safety leadership across production environments
Communicate clearly with crews and project personnel
Requirements:
Minimum five years construction supervisory experience
Mining or oilsands experience required
Familiarity with production environments
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and good abstract
CSO certification and required safety training
Bring mining supervision, crew leadership, and safety communication skills to Kichton Construction’s Syncrude reclamation operations.
