This experienced Electrician role focuses on industrial electrical installation and maintenance for wastewater treatment facilities. You will work with motors, controls, lighting, and low, medium, and high-voltage equipment. The position combines independent planning with teamwork, problem-solving, reporting, and apprentice support.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems
Wire control systems, motors, lighting, and voltage equipment
Plan work and source or purchase required materials
Prepare sketches and update electrical drawings and plans
Support estimates, scheduling, reporting, and apprentice training
Requirements:
Grade 12 education
BC or Interprovincial Journeyman Electrician certificate
Valid BC driver's licence
Health certificate for watershed entry
Industrial electrical experience and personal hand tools
