This experienced Land Acquisition Specialist supports public engagement and new project acquisition across Evolve’s North American service areas. The position involves energy industry work alongside renewable energy, utilities, transportation, telecommunications, and oil and gas projects. Strong documentation, technology, and relationship management skills are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in public engagement and acquisition processes
Negotiate fair compensation for acquired land rights
Secure permits and approvals in compliance with regulations
Maintain legal documents, records, and compliance requirements
Follow environmental regulations and ethical practices
Requirements:
At least two years of land acquisition experience
Alberta Permanent or Interim Land Agent License
Residence and employment in Grande Prairie or nearby
Valid driver’s license with clean driving abstract
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Bring Alberta licensing, public engagement, and documentation skills to land acquisition projects serving diverse North American industries.
