Manage construction contracts, quality specifications, and change orders as a Coordinator, Construction Services, supporting daily site activities and compliance.
This Coordinator, Construction Services position administers medium-complexity construction, professional services, and service contracts during construction. You will discuss contract interpretation, scope changes, progress claims, and risks with contractors, consultants, and Client-Partners. The work integrates site teams with other service lines while maintaining contractual, quality, safety, security, and environmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
Coordinate day-to-day contractual problems and solutions
Monitor schedules and control construction progress
Negotiate and issue change orders with Client-Partners
Maintain site photos and activity reports
Requirements:
College diploma in engineering, applied science, or related field
Four years of relevant experience or equivalent
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, trends, and legislation
Understanding of project, contract, and risk management principles
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
Apply construction contract administration, risk management, and quality oversight skills across active sites and Client-Partner relationships.
