Parking and Commercial Operations Manager
Westerner Park
Lead parking and commercial operations at Westerner Park, using financial acumen and customer-focused leadership in a full-time senior management role.
Westerner Park seeks an experienced, business-focused Manager to oversee Parking and the RV Resort. You will guide revenue generation, profitability, service delivery, staffing, systems, and continuous improvement. The scope may expand to other stand-alone commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop operating plans, budgets, forecasts, pricing, and performance measures
Lead paid Parking implementation, stabilization, and ongoing management
Manage the 100-stall RV Resort and overflow capacity
Monitor revenue, profitability, utilization, occupancy, and customer feedback
Assess and implement approved commercial initiatives and agreements
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent related experience
Progressive management experience in revenue-generating operations
Strong budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and profitability analysis skills
Experience in seasonal, event-driven, hospitality, or similar operations
Strong leadership, decision-making, and relationship-management skills
Bring commercial leadership, operational discipline, and customer experience expertise to Parking and RV Resort performance at Westerner Park.
