Plant Reliability Maintenance Manager

Improve plant reliability at Lantic by leading equipment strategy, downtime reduction, and maintenance planning. Work from the Taber Processing Plant with production systems.
As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee equipment, systems, infrastructure, and maintenance staff while reporting to the Plant Manager. The position centers on safe operations, reliability, efficiency, and waste reduction. You will coordinate overhauls, rebuilds, inspections, predictive maintenance, and preventative maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive continuous reduction of overall plant downtime
Oversee equipment overhauls and rebuilds within schedules
Improve site equipment, systems, and infrastructure continuously
Implement electrical safety and maintenance programs
Manage maintenance budgets and five-year capital planning
Requirements:
Five to ten years of maintenance management experience
Experience in structured maintenance planning and scheduling
Knowledge of automated process and packaging technology
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience
Ability to create and execute project plans
Bring reliability leadership, maintenance planning, and downtime reduction experience to Lantic’s production operations in Taber.
