Poultry Operations Team Supervisor

Coordinate employees and production flow at Rossdown Natural Foods, bringing poultry operations experience, organization, and practical problem-solving to each shift.
This Poultry Supervisor supports daily operations in the evisceration and live end areas while reporting to the Senior Supervisor. You will help maintain animal welfare, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards. The work includes employee onboarding, real-time operator support, equipment coordination, recordkeeping, and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support onboarding and training for new employees
Monitor production flow and adjust staffing assignments
Coordinate equipment and process issue resolution with Maintenance
Perform quality assurance checks and monitor reprocessing areas
Coordinate cleaning and maintain orderly production areas
Requirements:
Manufacturing supervisory experience
Understanding of manufacturing processes, yields, and labour costs
Ability to work independently amid changing production needs
Clear communication and respectful employee leadership
Continuous improvement experience is an asset
Bring hands-on poultry operations supervision, production awareness, and respectful leadership to Rossdown Natural Foods’ daily manufacturing work.
