As a senior Technology Lead Analyst, you will build an Infrastructure as Code platform for middleware and database lifecycle management. The position requires hands-on Python, Ansible, and Rust development alongside OpenShift and AWS knowledge. You will guide adoption of GitHub Copilot, Devin, Cursor, and related AI assistants.
Key Responsibilities:

Champion AI-assisted development practices across the team
Evaluate, onboard, and govern AI coding assistants
Drive automation development with Python, Ansible, and Rust
Define platform roadmaps and technology enhancements
Mentor engineers on responsible AI tool usage
Requirements:

Six to ten years of relevant engineering experience
Practical experience with AI-powered developer tools
Ability to assess security, IP, and compliance risks
Experience delivering IaC in complex enterprise environments
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Bring AI governance, infrastructure automation, Python, Ansible, and platform development expertise to Citi's technology engineering organization.
