Director of Airport Restaurant Operations

Lead airport restaurant operations with guest service and multi-unit management expertise in a secure airport environment. Deliver consistent hospitality across the location.
As Director of Airport Operations, you will oversee restaurant and food service operations across airport units. The position requires P&L responsibility, labor and food cost control, sanitation, safety, cleanliness, and staff development. You will report directly to the Regional Leader of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain guest service across the entire location
Manage multi-site and multi-unit airport restaurant operations
Train and retain an excellent restaurant staff
Control food costs, labor costs, and P&L performance
Run shifts while maintaining sanitation, safety, and cleanliness
Requirements:
Seven years of increasingly responsible restaurant management experience
Five years as Restaurant General Manager in full-service restaurants
Direct multi-unit P&L or franchise operations management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to obtain required airport security clearance and RAIC
Apply restaurant leadership, P&L accountability, and guest service expertise across airport operations while reporting to the Regional Leader.
