Senior Well Intervention Specialist
(WIS) Wellbore Integrity Solutions
Lead well intervention operations globally for Wellbore Integrity Solutions, using fishing expertise and field troubleshooting skills across complex wellsite work.
This Field Specialist position requires at least 10 years of fishing and general intervention experience. You will execute fishing and intervention jobs, support drilling and workover rig operations, and apply downhole tool knowledge. The work may involve E-Line, coiled tubing, snubbing, and slick line applications. You will also advise customers, document operations, and support personnel development.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute fishing and intervention jobs at the wellsite
Operate and redress downhole tools safely
Troubleshoot complex critical well intervention issues
Support customers during drilling and workover operations
Coach trainees and conduct personnel assessments
Requirements:
Ten years of fishing and general intervention experience
Competence in oilfield operations and well intervention applications
Knowledge of drilling, workover, and snubbing units
Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally full time
