You will guide complex architectural decisions, develop engineers, and shape technical strategy across core domains. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing full-stack engineering team
Drive architecture for horizontal services and core technology platforms
Design and scale distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs
Own roadmap execution, planning, risks, and operational follow-through
Partner with Product Management, Visual Design, and Engineering
Requirements:

Three or more years managing and developing software engineers
Ten or more years of total software engineering experience
Strong computer science, architecture, and software design foundation
Experience scaling distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs
Proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js
