IT Controls Manager Sage X3

Sage X3 controls expertise meets global IT governance in this remote Ontario IT Controls Manager role. Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly.
At Aurora, the IT Controls Manager oversees IT control execution across Canada, Europe, and Australia. The role focuses on ITGCs, SOX compliance, Sage X3 controls, risk assessment, and audit readiness. You will coordinate with IT, application owners, Information Security, Internal Audit, and external auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and oversee assigned IT General Controls
Assess Sage X3 access and segregation controls
Maintain control documentation and evidence in ServiceNow GRC
Coordinate remediation for deficiencies and audit findings
Improve control standardization, monitoring, and automation
Requirements:
Minimum seven years in IT compliance, risk, audit, or governance
Hands-on Sage X3 controls experience is mandatory
Experience supporting SOX programs and audits
Knowledge of ITGCs, access management, and change management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
Bring Sage X3, SOX, ITGC, and audit expertise to Aurora's multinational control environment from Ontario.
