Drive customer relationships and sales growth as an Area Market Leader serving Cochrane Supply’s Canada Controls division in the Greater Toronto Area. Apply HVAC controls knowledge and customer service skills while traveling throughout an assigned territory.
This full-time, Monday-to-Friday position supports existing accounts and develops new customers in HVAC, Building Automation, and Controls. You will service orders and technical needs, promote products and solutions, and help expand the market. The position requires a minimum of 40 hours weekly, with road travel to meet customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily activities for assigned customers and prospects
Develop relationships with purchasers, engineers, and end users
Promote products, solutions, and services to customers
Visit job sites to determine customer control needs
Grow the territory and identify new customers
Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, HVAC controls, or related field
Commercial mechanical, electrical, HVAC, controls, or lighting experience
Excellent phone, customer service, communication, and presentation skills
Strong organizational, time-management, computer, and multitasking skills
Knowledge of sales, market research, and negotiating principles
Build the Greater Toronto Area market through customer service, technical understanding, relationship development, and sales growth.
