Product Manager Server Experience

Shape mobile workflows and evidence capture for process servers at Proof, working remotely anywhere in Canada with a dedicated engineering squad.
As a Product Manager on the Server Experience and Fulfilment team, you will own a consequential workflow from discovery through delivery. You will improve planning, legal requirements, evidence capture, dispatch, and server pay. The role combines mobile product experience, systems thinking, and hands-on analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Own multi-quarter roadmap for the dedicated engineering squad
Improve server planning, sequencing, and deadline visibility
Design reliable evidence capture and verification workflows
Decide where app, AI, automation, and specialists fit
Improve dispatch, job pricing, distribution, and server pay
Requirements:
Own consequential workflows through launch and adoption
Build mobile products supporting field-based work
Analyze systems spanning dispatch, operations, and law firms
Conduct user discovery and quantitative analysis independently
Use strong design instincts to prototype practical workflows
Bring mobile product, discovery, automation, and evidence experience to improve Proof’s process-server marketplace across Canada.
