As Head of Growth Marketing – MedSpa, you will own regional strategy, budgets, targets, and performance. You will build awareness and demand for Phorest software while supporting pipeline growth. The role spans content, website optimization, events, partnerships, brand building, AI tools, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:

Own North American medspa marketing strategy and integrated planning
Drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and market presence
Manage targets, budgets, performance, and marketing investment
Lead SEO, paid media, content, events, and partnerships
Build Phorest credibility through messaging, campaigns, and customer stories
Requirements:

Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS
Experience owning regional, vertical, or growth-market strategy
Hands-on knowledge of the full marketing mix
Experience measuring marketing ROI and managing budgets
Proficiency using AI tools and automated marketing workflows
Bring commercial growth marketing, AI, and full-funnel execution skills to Phorest’s North American medspa expansion.
