Regional Continuous Improvement Director

Lead continuous improvement strategy at McKesson across distribution centers, using industrial engineering and data analysis to improve regional operations.
The Regional Director leads operational excellence initiatives across a distribution center network. This director-level leader partners with senior operations leadership to define priorities and deliver measurable improvements. The work spans safety, service, compliance, productivity, cost, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead regional continuous improvement strategy and execution
Assess performance, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions
Establish governance routines and monitor accountability
Build multi-year roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives
Communicate engineering KPIs and outcomes to senior leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, or related field
Progressive leadership experience in continuous improvement or industrial engineering
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions
