Senior Product Manager Capital Markets

Define Capital Markets product strategy and roadmaps as a Senior Product Manager at Scotiabank, working onsite five days weekly in Toronto.
This Director-level Senior Product Manager leads a significant product or complex business capability within Global Capital Markets Transformation. You will partner across business, operations, technology, data, and control functions. The mandate connects product discovery, investment prioritization, delivery, measurable outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities
Lead discovery and develop future-state business capabilities
Own backlogs, business cases, KPIs, and value targets
Guide Product Managers and Product Owners through delivery
Communicate decisions, risks, and benefits to senior stakeholders
Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
Eight or more years in Product Management or related fields
Experience owning complex product strategies and roadmaps
Strong Capital Markets and trade lifecycle understanding
Experience with Agile delivery and senior stakeholder influence
Lead Capital Markets transformation through product strategy, measurable outcomes, Agile delivery, and cross-functional leadership at Scotiabank.
