Oversee Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management

Present operational reports, service reviews, and improvement plans
Requirements:

8+ years of overall IT industry experience
Enterprise IT Service Delivery Management experience
Hands-on understanding of Azure IaaS and PaaS
Experience managing distributed onsite and offshore teams
French proficiency and SLA/KPI governance knowledge
