Technology Transactions Counsel AI

Support AI-enabled products as Technology Transactions Counsel at Absorb, advising on data use, model training, output rights, and risk.
Absorb seeks counsel with at least five years of commercial and technology transactional experience. This position negotiates B2B SaaS, enterprise software, technology partnership, reseller, distribution, vendor, and procurement agreements. You will provide clear guidance while collaborating with Sales, Product, Finance, Privacy, Procurement, and Security.
Key Responsibilities:
Support contracting for AI-enabled products and services
Assess data use, model training, output rights, and risk
Negotiate technology partnerships and distribution agreements
Collaborate on international and jurisdiction-specific transactions
Manage competing deadlines and guide business stakeholders
Requirements:
Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree
Active legal admission in at least one jurisdiction
Minimum five years’ relevant transactional legal experience
Working knowledge of privacy and information security
AI contracting experience preferred
Bring AI contracting awareness, technology transaction experience, and practical legal guidance to Absorb’s evolving commercial work.
