Financial Reporting Transformation Director

Drive financial transformation at Air Transat through change management, IFRS knowledge, and complex analysis. This position is based in Quebec.
As Director, Financial Reporting and Optimization, you will improve finance processes supporting organizational growth and performance. You will advise multidisciplinary teams and financial and operational leaders, while leading transformation across reporting, planning, accounting standards, and strategic projects. The role reports to the Senior Director, Finance.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement innovative finance solutions and improvements
Lead special finance projects and strategic decisions
Apply IFRS standards to complex transactions
Prepare and review statutory financial statements
Build trusted relationships with business leaders
Requirements:

CPA designation is required
Seven years managing personnel within a financial environment
Demonstrated change management and transformation experience
Ability to analyze complexity and decide quickly
Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Use change leadership, IFRS expertise, and financial analysis to advance Air Transat's reporting and optimization agenda.
