Technology M&A Due Diligence Manager

Lead technology M&A diligence at RSM, analyzing cost models, applications, and transaction requirements within a hybrid workstyle.
This Manager role sits within RSM’s Deal Services practice and supports private equity and strategic clients. You will lead client-facing consulting engagements, oversee technology workstreams, and evaluate transaction impacts. The work spans financial modeling, application analysis, integration, separation, and Transition Service Agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client meetings, timelines, deliverables, and budget adherence
Develop transaction cost models and analyze technology cost drivers
Assess ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other business applications
Lead post-close technology workstreams with Integration/Separation teams
Produce diligence reports supporting critical transaction meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Six to eleven years of experience
Client-facing consulting engagement experience
Private equity or strategic transaction experience preferred
Technology diligence or post-close leadership experience preferred
Bring technology diligence, financial modeling, and transaction leadership expertise to RSM’s nationally award-winning Deal Services practice.
